NOVELTY - The detector has a foundation bed whose lower and upper parts are connected with two detector elements e.g. infrared photosensitive chip and UV photosensitive chip, and a micro-strip antenna i.e. sub-millimeter wave micro-strip antenna. The micro-strip antenna is connected with an insulation medium substrate. A graphite electric conduction film is adhered with a side of the insulation medium substrate. Another side of the insulation medium substrate is connected with a metal feeder line. Two ends of the one of the detector elements are fixed with the substrate through a bracket. USE - Graphene based triple composite detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector obtains comprehensive information of an composite object in an effective manner, and has better anti-interference ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The insulation medium substrate is selected from infrared and UV insulation material such as silicon dioxide or saphire. The metal feeder line is selected from chromium, gold or copper. The infrared photosensitive chip is selected from indium antimonide, mercury cadmium telluride or super-lattice material. The UV photosensitive chip is selected from silicon carbide, zinc oxide, cadmium sulfide or diamond film.
