NOVELTY - Silicon-based active composite conductive slurry comprises 0.1-2 wt.% conductive carbon material, 5-22 wt.% silicon-based active material, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-3 wt.% binder and 75-90 wt.% solvent. USE - The silicon-based active composite conductive slurry is useful in negative electrode mixing method (claimed), which is used in silicon-carbon negative electrode. ADVANTAGE - The silicon-based active composite conductive slurry ensures silicon-carbon negative electrode with high coulombic efficiency and excellent cycle efficiency, effectively reduces raw materials and process costs, avoids the problem of difficult dispersion of negative electrode technology, and is beneficial to exert high capacity characteristics of silicon active materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing silicon-based active composite conductive slurry, involving (a) adding binder and dispersant to solvent, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 50-1500 rpm for 30-360 minutes for uniform pre-dissolution to obtain mixed solution (A), (b) sequentially adding conductive carbon material and silicon active material to mixed solution (A), uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 500-1500 rpm for 10-30 minutes, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 100-500 rpm for 30-60 minutes to obtain preliminary mixed slurry (B), and (c) dispersing obtained preliminary mixed slurry (B) less than 50 degrees C at a speed of 100-300 rpm for 30-60 minutes, and after passing through particle size detection, adjusting the viscosity to 50-20000 mPa.second; and (2) a negative electrode mixing method using silicon-based active composite conductive slurry, involving preparing negative electrode slurry for lithium ion battery by uniformly mixing silicon-based active composite conductive slurry and negative electrode active material.
