USE - Magnetic graphene oxide-free degreasing powder cleaning agent for fixing degrading bacteria (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Magnetic graphene oxide-free degreasing powder cleaning agent comprises 13-15 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 22-25 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, 13-15 pts. wt. silicon acid and organic carboxylic acid polymerisation modifier, 2.8-3.3 pts. wt. dodecyl sodium benzenesulfonate, 1.5-1.7 pts. wt. carbonyL alcohol ethoxylates, 2.3-2.6 pts. wt. gluconic acid sodium salt, 1.1-1.5 pts. wt. sodium phosphate, 1.1-1.4 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene, 2.8-3.3 pts. wt. terephthalic acid disodium salt , 9.5-11 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2.6-2.9 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1.2-1.4 pts. wt. carbodiimide hydrochloride, 4-4.5 pts. wt. N-hydroxysuccinimide, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. nano ferroferric oxide, anhydrous ethanol, proper amount of sodium hydroxide, 0.9 pts. wt. sodium chloride and proper amount of de-ionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for fixing degrading bacteria, which involves: (A) collecting soil sample as source from different environments polluted by oil and adding de-ionized water to prepare 0.25 grams/milliliter soil solution; (B) stirring for 30 minutes and allowing mixture to stand and mixing supernatant; (C) adding 0.2 grams/milliliter fertile soil and leaching at 30 degrees C; (D) setting pH value to 7.5, inoculating the colony to crude oil inorganic salt culture medium; (E) performing enrichment culture, measuring the degradation of petroleum and selecting high degradation rate of bacteria as target strain to obtain the target strain culture liquid for strain domestication; (F) using crude oil inorganic salt culture medium for aeration domestication culture at 35 degrees C and setting pH value to 8.5l (G) acclimatizing mixing liquid aeration measuring residue for 1 days and supplying to engine oil; (H) performing reaction under inorganic phosphorus and inorganic nitrogen, where mass ratio of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus is 100:5:1, where carbon content is 1 wt.%; (I) adding the graphene oxide to de-ionized water ultrasonic dispersion in forming 1.2 wt.% dispersion; (J) adding carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide and ultrasonic stirring for 30-50 minutes; (K) adding nano titanium dioxide continuously ultrasonic stirring for 20-24 hours; (L) centrifugally separating, cleaning it with de-ionized water and drying; (M) adding nano ferroferric oxide to deionized water to prepare 0.1 moles/liter product; (N) adding absolute ethyl alcohol and strong stirring for 1 minutes; (O) adding the spare mixed powder and stirring mixing uniformly; (P) gradually adding 95% ethanol solution and reacting at room temperature for 24 hours; (Q) drying under the protection of nitrogen at 300 degrees C for 2-3 hours; (R) cooling and crushing, and inoculating aeration domestication strain into beef extract peptone culture medium at 30 degrees C and stirred with a speed of 150 revolutions/minute for 3 hours in logarithmic phase to prepare 5% strain suspension; (S) inoculating into 100 milliliter beef extract peptone culture medium; (T) adding 1 wt.% product and reacting for 15-18 hours in the shaking bed and stirring with a speed of 160 revolutions per minute at 30 degrees C to remove supernatant; (U) washing with 0.9% sodium chloride solution and drying at room temperature; (V) dissolving sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate and product; and (W) stirring and mixing for 3-5 minutes and adding the remaining residual product and stirring for 5-10 minutes and packaging to obtain desired product.
