NOVELTY - Epoxy resin comprises 50-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 30-40 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene rubber, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene powder, 15-20 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 5-10 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. chemical agent. USE - Epoxy resin for UHV electrical applications. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin has corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and organic solvent resistance, good application prospect and improves the strength and pressure resistance of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing epoxy resin for UHV electrical, which involves: (A) adding epoxy resin and chlorinated polyethylene rubber to the mixer in sequence for mixing, adding graphene powder and ceramic powder to the mixer in sequence, mixing them at the same temperature and time, adding coupling agent and chemical agent to mixture after stirring, then adding to the ball mill to make the ball mill uniform, and finally adding polyethylene glycol to continue mixing, and then completing the preparation of the mixture, adding prepared mixture to the screw extruder; and (B) performing extrusion molding, cutting and cooling so as to obtain a UHV-resistant epoxy resin product.
