▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing high-strength toughened glass comprises (i) soaking glass waste material in 1-5 wt.% sodium carbonate solution, washing with water and drying, (ii) sending to a smelting furnace for smelting, adding modified wollastonite and modified bentonite composite modified graphene material, (iii) cooling and shaping, (iv) adding mixed material into a mixer, rotating and stirring to obtain a spray material, (v) spraying the spray material on the toughening glass with a spray thickness of 1-3 microm and drying. The mixed material is epoxy resin solution. The epoxy resin solution is prepared by epoxy resin and acetone in a weight ratio of 1: 5. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing high-strength toughened glass. ADVANTAGE - The toughened glass: has excellent bearing capacity, quenching and heat-resisting property; and does not damage the human body.
