NOVELTY - The radiator has a graphene thin film covered on a radiator main body. A contact area of the graphene thin film is coated with light thermal interface material that is connected with the radiator main body. The graphene thin film is provided with a chemical vapor deposition part. The radiator main body is made of metal, metal alloy or non-metallic material. The metal material is formed as aluminum material. The metal alloy material is formed as aluminum alloy material or copper alloy material. The non-metallic material is formed as organic glass or plastic material. USE - Graphene thin film surface covered radiator. ADVANTAGE - The radiator has temperature balancing performance, high radiating performance, large-scale production yielding performance, high heat conducting speed, high reliability and high thermal conductivity, and transmits heat in a quick manner so as to reduce a heat conduction path of the radiator.
