▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/steel composite material comprises mixing steel powder with deionized water, stirring under magnetic force for 25-35 minutes, adding catalyst, heating to 55-65℃, continuously stirring for 4 hours, heating mixture obtained after the continuous stirring to 95-105℃ and placing in reaction vessel for heat preservation for 24 hours, removing precipitate in reaction vessel, adding graphene oxide solution to the mixture after the precipitate is removed, using ultrasonic dispersing for 25-35 minutes to obtain suspension, heating the suspension to 55-65℃ after the suspension is heated, adding reduction agent, centrifuging the suspended liquid added with the reduction agent in centrifugal machine to obtain centrifuged product, and drying product after centrifugation for 2 hours to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for sliding shoe of magnetic suspension train (claimed) and sliding boot structure of vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the tensile stainless steel of the material, shear strength, yield strength, and elastic modulus. The composite material is applied to the sliding shoe of the magnetic suspension train, which can improve the strength of the whole structure, so as to reduce the risk of the structure damage caused by the loss of the suspension train. The method prolongs the service life of the skid shoe, and reduces the replacing cost. The graphite/steel composite material in volume fraction of the alkene is not more than 5% of the total volume fraction.
