NOVELTY - Preparing graphene lightning proof ecological environmental base comprises (i) preparing concrete by mixing lightning proof material and water, digging groove on the ground, horizontally and vertically, where the intersection of the horizontal and vertical grooves is a node, punching holes at each node, pouring the concrete into the groove and into the hole, curing in a humidified environment at 5-25 degrees C for 1-5 days. USE - The material is useful in electric towers, bridges, railways, high-speed rail, airports, signal towers, chimneys and high-rise buildings. ADVANTAGE - The material improves lightening current discharge ability.
