NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide solution, involves adding natural flake graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid to carry out a pre-oxidation reaction. The obtained solution is cooled to 5-10 degrees C, and potassium ferrate is added for primary oxidation reaction. Purified water is added to the solution obtained ,after adding water, cooling to 20-25 degrees C, adding hydrogen peroxide to carry out secondary oxidation reaction. The solution obtained is subjected to a first-stage centrifugation treatment, and after the centrifugation is completed, the purified water is added, stirred uniformly, and centrifuged to a neutral state using a centrifuge, and the obtained paste is obtained according to the concentration of the desired graphite oxide. The purified water is added to prepare a graphite oxide solution, and the mixture is uniformly stirred for ultrasonic stripping. After the ultrasonication is completed, the third-stage centrifugal separation is performed to obtain a graphene oxide solution. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide solution. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and feasible, the process flow is small, the preparation cycle is short, the raw materials are environmentally friendly, the yield is high, and the product is suitable for large-scale industrial production, and the prepared graphene oxide has good dispersibility, low stacking degree, single layer and 5 layers in the graphene oxide solution. The quality of graphene inside is increased by 16.5% compared with the prior art.
