NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a variable capacitor based on a graphene base film. The adjustment of the effective conductive area is realized by optimizing the performance of the capacitor manufacturing material. The capacitance value including the capacitor core design and preparation process, is changed. The design of the variable capacitance model increases the amplitude of the capacitance value change of the capacitor wound by the graphene material by increasing the applied electric field strength. The control loop design of the output capacity of the adjustable capacitor and the loop design of the output capacitor voltage control is provided. USE - Method for preparing variable capacitor based on graphene-boron nitride composite material, useful in power capacitor field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the variable capacitor based on the graphene-boron nitride composite material based on high conductivity of graphene material, strong mechanical stability and flexibility, porous structure combined with graphene-based film and conductive particles are released and absorbed by the action of the electric field. The structure design of the capacitive core film layered plating layer and the hardware design for realizing the voltage adjustment are carried out, so that the output current of the graphene variable capacitor is more stable.
