▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Formation of biomass-derived hydrocarbon feedstock involves (a) providing a biomass feedstock, (b) adjusting the moisture content of the biomass feedstock to 10 wt.% or less, (c) pyrolyzing the low-moisture biomass feedstock at a temperature of 950 degrees C or more to obtain a mixture of biochar, hydrocarbon feedstock, non-condensable light gases, such as hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and methane, and water, and (d) separating the hydrocarbon feedstock from the obtained mixture. USE - Formation of biomass-derived hydrocarbon feedstock in formation of refined bio-oil and bio-derived diesel fuel (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical formation of biomass-derived hydrocarbon feedstock. The bio-derived diesel fuel has desired physical property, chemical property, stability and cetane number. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the biomass-derived hydrocarbon feedstock; (2) formation of bio-derived diesel fuel, which involves (ia) providing the feedstock comprising 0.1 wt.% or more 8C compounds, 0.5 wt.% or more 10C compounds, 5 wt.% or more 12C compounds, 5 wt.% or more 16C compounds and 30 wt.% or more 18C compounds, (ib) processing the feedstock to produce a refined bio-oil, by (i) partially removing sulfur containing components from the feedstock, (ii) hydro-treating the feedstock and (iii) hydro-isomerizing the feedstock, and (ic) fractionating the resulting refined bio-oil to obtain a bio-derived diesel fuel fraction; (3) desulfurized hydrocarbon feedstock, which comprises 0.5 wt.% or more 8C compounds, 2 wt.% or more 10C compounds, 4 wt.% or more 12C compounds, 10 wt.% or more 16C compounds, and 25 wt.% or more 18C compounds; (4) hydro-treated hydrocarbon feedstock, which comprises 0.5 wt.% or more 8C compounds, 6 wt.% or more 10C compounds, 4 wt.% or more 12C compounds, 3 wt.% or more 16C compounds, and 30 wt.% or more 18C compounds; (5) hydro-isomerized hydrocarbon feedstock, which comprises 0.5 wt.% or more 8C compounds, 7.5 wt.% or more 10C compounds, 4 wt.% or more 12C compounds, 7 wt.% or more 16C compounds, and 12 wt.% or more 18C compounds; (6) refined bio-oil, which comprises 7.5 wt.% or more 10C compounds, 4 wt.% or more 12C compounds, 7 wt.% or more 15C compounds and 12 wt.% or more 18C compounds; and (7) bio-derived diesel fuel, which comprises 0.25 wt.% or more 15C compounds, 5 wt.% or more 16C compounds, 24 wt.% or more 17C compounds and/or 45 wt.% or more 18C compounds.
