NOVELTY - Preparing a silver ion graphene oil material involves adding natural flake graphite powder into a base oil and stirring and mixing to form an oil phase graphite raw material, and continuously adding a modified oleophilic delaminating agent during the stirring process, stirring for 5-7 hours. The modified oleophilic delaminating agent is thoroughly mixed between the graphite layers of the oil phase graphite raw material to form an oil phase mixture, added nonionic chelating silver to the oil phase mixture for infiltration reaction, and infiltrated the reaction for 1 hour, added an impingant to stir uniformly to form an oil phase reactant. The oil phase reactant is allowed to stand for 1-1.5 hours to form the silver ion graphene oil. USE - Method for preparing silver ion graphene oil material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silver ion graphene oil material is easier and faster to mix and disperse with plastic pellets, shortens the preparation cycle of the packaged plastic product, and provides better mixing and dispersing effect.
