NOVELTY - Low-noise friction material is made of a foamed rubber material with a foaming rate of 3-4 and comprising 30-60 pts. wt. 26-type fluororubber, 50-80 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 40-60 pts. wt. white carbon black, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 2-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - Low-noise friction material for brake pad. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing low-noise friction material, which involves: (1) placing 26-type fluororubber, nitrile rubber and butadiene rubber on an open mill for plastication for 2-3min, and controlling the roll temperature to be 50-70degrees Celsius; (2) adding white carbon black, silane coupling agent, graphene, carbon black, zinc oxide and an anti-aging agent, and continuously plasticating for 8-10 minutes; (3) adding a vulcanizing agent and a foaming agent, carrying out primary vulcanization in a flat vulcanizing machine at the temperature of 140-150degrees Celsius to obtain desired product.
