▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of superfine fiber synthetic leather with anti-electromagnetic radiation performance comprises (A) taking sea-island fiber non-woven fabric as base material, soaking in chitosan-modified graphene emulsion, oven drying, and obtaining pretreated base fabric, (B) impregnating the pretreated base fabric with aqueous polyurethane emulsion, oven drying, and obtaining pretreated base fabric B, (C) repeating steps (A) and (B) for 3-5 times to obtain aqueous polyurethane/graphene/sea-island fiber composite material, and (D) taking aqueous polyurethane/graphene/sea-island fiber composite material as substrate, reducing and finishing. USE - Production of superfine fiber synthetic leather with anti-electromagnetic radiation performance, used as protective clothing and tent useful for electrical and electronic industries. ADVANTAGE - The method provides superfine fiber synthetic leather with electromagnetic shielding effect of 35 dB at 30 MHz-1.5 GHz and good physical and mechanical properties, and uses environment-friendly materials.
