NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-ceramic complex powder comprises e.g. wetting graphene oxide using de-ionized water, diluting by adding de-ionized water, performing first stirring, performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, where amount of the graphene oxide is 1.0-2.0 wt.% of the total mass of the ceramic powder and graphene oxide and amount of the ceramic powder is 98-99 wt.% of the total mass of the ceramic powder and the graphene oxide, quickly adding ceramic powder into the oxidized graphene suspension, and performing second stirring to obtain mixed solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-ceramic complex powder. ADVANTAGE - The method: is environmentally friendly, suitable for large scale production and simple; reduces production coat; and realizes recycling of resources. The complex powder has good dispersing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide-ceramic complex powder comprises (i) wetting graphene oxide using de-ionized water, diluting by adding de-ionized water, performing first stirring and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain oxidized graphene suspension, where (ii) the amount of the graphene oxide is 1.0-2.0 wt.% of the total mass of the ceramic powder and graphene oxide and amount of the ceramic powder is 98-99 wt.% of the total mass of the ceramic powder and the graphene oxide, (iii) quickly adding ceramic powder into the oxidized graphene suspension, and performing second stirring to obtain oxidized graphene and ceramic powder mixed solution, (iv) filtering mixture of graphene oxide and the ceramic powder to obtain mixed slurry, drying and subjecting to thermal reduction treatment to obtain graphene oxide-ceramic complex powder, where the ceramic powder is silicon carbide ceramic comprising 8-14 pts. wt. spent fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst, 7-13 pts. wt. boron glass, 3-7 pts. wt. feldspar powder, 2-6 pts. wt. clay, 65-78 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder prepared by mixing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide-ceramic complex powder prepared by above mentioned method.
