▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Gas sensor device for diagnosis of human diseases with higher selectivity and sensitivity, is based on zinc oxide doped reduced graphene oxide nanocomplex which is produced through one-pot hydrothermal approach, where the morphological, structural and composition of noncomplex are investigated to confirm zinc oxide nanoparticle effectively doped on reduced graphene oxide nanosheets. USE - The gas sensor device is useful for diagnosing human diseases. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensor device is excellent in high internal electron mobility and thermal stability, and enables diagnosis of human diseases with higher selectivity and sensitivity. The nanocomplex has exhibited a superior acetone sensing characteristics, high selectivity for acetone vapor, and ensures synergistic effects among zinc oxide and excellent reduced graphene oxide sheet substrate properties.
