NOVELTY - Extraction of graphene involves pouring graphite flakes and stripping liquid into kettle, heating the mixtures in kettle at 50-150 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, discharging upper suspension through discharge port to storage tank, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, centrifuging graphene suspension at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking supernatant, filtering in vacuum filter, washing filter cake with distilled water and drying in a freeze-dryer for 3 hours or more. USE - Extraction of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents corrosion of equipment and does not damage the graphene structure during stripping. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extraction of graphene involves (a) pouring graphite flakes and stripping liquid according to the weight ratio of 1:2-10 into the kettle having a stirrer, starting the motor of kettle for mixing to obtain evenly mixed material where stripping liquid comprises 100 pts. wt. ethanol, 30-60 pts. wt. cyclopentadiene and 10-20 pts. wt. trivalent iron salt, (b) heating the mixtures in kettle at 50-150 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, (c) discharging the upper suspension through discharge port to storage tank after stopping the reaction, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain the initial product, (d) passing the graphene suspension from storage tank to centrifuge, centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking the supernatant, filtering in vacuum filter to obtain a filter cake and (e) washing filter cake with an appropriate amount of distilled water and drying in a freeze-dryer for 3 hours or more.
