▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based photocatalyst includes nano composite powder and modified aerogel, and the nano composite powder is grafted on the modified aerogel. The nano composite powder has a p-n heterojunction structure. The modified aerogel is a graphene modified silica aerogel whose surface has been hydrophobicized. USE - Graphene-based photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst can effectively reduce the interface transmission resistance and recombination rate of photogenerated carriers while improving the photocatalytic efficiency, and process is simple, the recovery is convenient, and can be reused, and is very practical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-based photocatalyst, which involves: (A) mixing the amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane, p-type semiconductor material, and n-type semiconductor material uniformly, and calcinating at 250-350 degrees C for 2-4 hours to obtain nano composite powder; (B) attaching a siloxane self-assembly layer on the surface of the graphene-modified silica aerogel to obtain a modified aerogel; and (C) putting the nano composite powder and modified aerogel in a solvent and mixing uniformly, adjusting the pH to 8-10, stirring at 65-75 degrees C for 6-10 hours, and removing the solvent to obtain a photocatalyst.
