NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polypropylene, 50-60 pts. wt. polyether ketone, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 2-4 pts. wt. 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 8-16 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 15-25 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. hollow glass microspheres, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 2-4 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 4-6 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil, 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-2 pts. wt. mold release agent , 2.5-4.5 pts. wt. lubricant and 1-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer. USE - The composite material is useful in housing of automobile engine igniter (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material is not easily crack; and has strong crack resistance and long service life.
