▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/polyacrylic acid complex hydrogel prepared by adding crosslinking agent and initiator to a mixed solution of reinforcing body and acrylic monomer, and adopting in situ polymerization is claimed. The reinforcing body is surface-modified graphene oxide, and in the mixed solution the amount of the graphene oxide is 0.01-1 wt.%, the cross-linking agent is N,N-methylenebisacrylamide, the mass ratio of the acrylic monomer and the N,N-methylenebisacrylamide in the mixed solution is 100:0.1-0.5, the initiator is ammonium persulfate and the mass ratio of the initiator to N,N-methylenebisacrylamide is 5:1. USE - Used as a graphene oxide/polyacrylic acid complex hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel: has excellent mechanical properties, good adsorption capacity and biocompatibility; and is convenient to use, economical, and non-toxic. The method is suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide/polyacrylic acid complex hydrogel comprising dispersing reinforcing body in deionized water to prepare reinforcement solution, adding acrylic monomer to the reinforcement solution, stirring at first stirring speed to obtain mixed solution of the reinforced body/acrylic monomer, adding cross-linking agent to the mixed solution, stirring at a second stirring speed to form reaction system, adding initiator to the reaction system, heating reaction system at polymerization temperature for 2-4 hours, completing the polymerization to obtain graphene oxide/polyacrylic acid complex hydrogel, where the first stirring speed is greater than the second stirring speed. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows flow diagram of the preparing graphene oxide/polyacrylic acid complex hydrogel (Drawing includes non-English language text).
