NOVELTY - Preparing heat-conducting graphene polycarbonate composite material comprises taking 5000 g water, 100 g graphene oxide filter cake with 50% solid content, 150 g expanded graphite and ammonia water; breaking filter cake into water, stirring with a mixer for 2 hours to obtain go solution; slowly adding ammonia water to neutralize the go solution; slowly placing in the expanded graphite powder, speed up the stirring rate, and stirring to obtain mixed slurry; passing the mixed slurry through a homogenizer, where the homogenizer pressure is 1000 bar, and the homogenizer is cycled for 6 times; observing the dissolution status of the above-mentioned mixed slurry, if there is no layered sedimentation and spray drying, where the inlet air temperature of the spray dryer is 180 degrees C, and the solid content of the spray slurry is controlled at 5%; and mixing the powder with polycarbonate masterbatch, and granulating with a twin-screw extruder. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-conducting graphene polycarbonate composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical; utilizes high specific surface area of graphene, and high heat-conducting performance, constructs heat conducting path in the PC material system, improves heat conducting performance, reinforces bonding force and compatibility of expanded graphite in the polymer system; has high specific area, avoids phenomenon of filler agglomeration; and mature technique.
