▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing composite material surface graphene coating based on femtosecond laser comprises (i) pouring certain amount of phenolic resin solution into a glass container, and uniformly stirring the phenolic resin solution, placing ceramic matrix composite-silicon carbide (CMC-SiC) into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning, taking out CMC-SiC from ultrasonic cleaning machine; (ii) after CMC-SiC surface liquid is volatilized, uniformly coating phenolic resin solution on the CMC-SiC surface by drop coating; (iii) placing the CMC-SiC coated with phenolic resin solution at room temperature and drying; and (iv) preparing laser induced graphene in CMC-SiC high-repetition-rate femtosecond laser processing system with phenolic resin attached on the surface after drying. USE - The method is for preparing composite material surface graphene coating based on femtosecond laser. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare composite material surface graphene coating based on femtosecond laser in simple and cost-effective manner, has excellent physical and electrochemical anti-corrosion effect, which effectively improves the service life and reliability of the aviation engine ceramic-based composite material hot end component.
