▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene carbide comprises 30-40 pts. wt. glucose, 2-4 pts. wt. ethyl cellulose, 1-1.3 pts. wt. initiator, 0.01-0.02 pt. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 5-7 pts. wt. phosphorus trichloride, 160-200 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 60-70 pts. wt. sodium acrylate. USE - Graphene carbide for use as material for flame retardant and adsorption. ADVANTAGE - The graphene carbide has excellent mechanical stability, high functionality, and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene carbide, which involves (a) adding initiator to 20-30 times the weight of anhydrous ethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain initiator solution, (b) mixing glucose, ethyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate, adding 10-15 times the weight of deionized water, uniformly stirring, feeding to a reactor, introducing nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reactor to 60-70 degrees c, heat-preserving, stirring for 4-5 hours, discharging and cooling to obtain fiber polymer solution, and (c) mixing p-toluenesulfonic acid and phosphorus trichloride, adding to 25-30 times the weight of deionized water, uniformly stirring, mixing with fiber polymer solution, heat-preserving, stirring at 90-95 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding graphene oxide, reducing the temperature to 65-70 degrees C, ultrasonically treating for 5-7 hours, suction-filtering, washing the filter cake with water, calcining at 1050-1200 degrees C and vacuum degree of 8-10 pa at a heating rate of 70-90 degrees C/minute for 10-12 hours, and naturally cooling.
