NOVELTY - An aqueous graphene preservative powder coating comprises component A including 20-46 mass% aqueous epoxy curing agent, 20-40 mass% pigment filler, 1-6 mass% auxiliary agent, 10-36 mass% deionized water, and 0.5-5 mass% graphite; and component B including 20-40 mass% epoxy resin, and 1-6 mass% solvent. USE - Aqueous graphene preservative powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene preservative powder coating is safe to use, healthy, environment-friendly, and capable of providing durable and stable anti-corrosion function, and can inhibit the diffusion of corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of aqueous graphene preservative powder coating comprising: (A) respectively weighing WC-200 (RTM: 60% aqueous epoxy curing agent), deionized water, foam inhibitor, wetting dispersant and graphene; dividing the WC-200 (RTM: aqueous epoxy curing agent) into two parts, taking one of WC-200 (RTM: aqueous epoxy curing agent) and deionized water, antifoaming agent, wetting dispersant and graphene into paint mixing tank, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the mixture 1; (B) adding pigment filler in the mixture I, stirring at high speed, and grinding the material to obtain mixture 2; (C) under stirring, slowly adding WC-200 (RTM: aqueous epoxy curing agent) remaining in the mixture II, stirring uniformly to obtain the mixture 3; (D) adding antifoaming agent and leveling agent in the mixture C, after uniformly stirring, filtering, and packaging to obtain the component A; and (E) weighing proper epoxy resin, mixing with reactive diluent, stirring uniformly, then filtering and packaging to obtain the component B.
