NOVELTY - Method for increasing nitrogen content in powdered vanadium-nitrogen alloy, involves preparing vanadium-nitrogen alloy with national standard nitrogen content of 14-18% into vanadium-nitrogen alloy raw material powder with particle size of less than 100 mesh, adding modifier vinyltriethoxysilane and graphene oxide to the vanadium-nitrogen alloy raw material powder, ultrasonically processing, spray-drying in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain modified vanadium-nitrogen alloy powder, heating the modified vanadium-nitrogen alloy powder in a nitrogen atmosphere, heat-preserving, sintering, nitrogen-fixing, and cooling to obtain a powdered vanadium-nitrogen alloy. USE - Method for increasing nitrogen content in powdered vanadium-nitrogen alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method increases powdered vanadium-nitrogen alloy nitrogen content to 19-21% which meets the national standard, with high stability.
