NOVELTY - The production of fly ash graphene reinforced plastic involves adding 5-80 wt.% fly ash to vertical wet mill for pulverization, wet grinding at 400 rpm for 60 minutes, adding certain amount of water for cleaning, and drying with dryer or adding 0-90 wt.% waste plastic to the classification pulverizer for pulverization, and granulating pulverized plastic in a granulator, mixing 0.05-5 wt.% graphene and 10-95 wt.% resin composite plastic raw material and dried fly ash, ultrasonically mixing for 30 minutes to 2 hours to obtain light mixture, storing mixture under low temperature sealing conditions, and subjecting mixture to hot press forming using hot press molding machine. USE - Production of fly ash graphene reinforced plastic such as graphene reinforced plastic steel, plastic plate, plastic pipe, plastic carving, plastic bottle and high-end equipment and accessories. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of fly ash graphene reinforced plastic with high added value and wide application range using cheap equipment by simple, economical and environmentally-friendly process, effectively utilizes waste material, and improves the characteristics of plastics.
