NOVELTY - Composition comprises purified water, graphene, and a reducing agent, which are mixed. The hair permanent composition is formed by mixing 40-90 wt.% purified water, 0.0000001-20 wt.% graphene and 2-45 wt.% reducing agent, where graphene is used alone, or graphene oxide, which is an oxide generated during the production of graphene, is used as a substitute for the graphene, or a mixture of the graphene and graphene oxide is used. The reducing agent is cysteine, cysteine hydrochloride, cysteamine, cysteamine hydrochloride, ethanolamine thioglycolate and/or ammonium thioglycolate. The composition further comprises antistatic agent, moisturizing agent, pH adjusting agent and opacifying agent, where the antistatic agent is behentrimonium chloride, moisturizing agent is glycerin, pH adjusting agent is ethanolamine, and the opacifying agent is cetylaryl alcohol. The composition further comprises aphanothece sacrum polysaccharide. USE - The composition is useful for preventing severe hair damage during permanent hair treatment. ADVANTAGE - The composition enables curl forming strength and curl elasticity during permanent hair treatment; prevents the case of drying the hair epidermis and cortex due to evaporation of moisture inside the hair, or the occurrence of bubbles in the cortex and medulla due to protein modification and lifting of the hair epidermis, and to prevent the loss of the epidermis; and has the effect of further improving the moisturizing function and softness of the hair.
