NOVELTY - Polymer alloy material is prepared by melting and kneading alloy composition, where the alloy composition comprises 65-80 wt.% polycarbonate, 10-30 wt.% acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, 1-5 wt.% toughener, 5-12 wt.% flame retardant and 0.5-1 wt.% modified graphene. USE - The polymer alloy material is useful in a shell of charging pile or charging gun (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alloy material has high mechanical properties and excellent flame retardancy and weather resistance, and is environmentally-friendly.
