▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Superfine powder coating is modified graphene/fluorocarbon coating having spherical powder particle with particle size of 10-30 mu m. USE - Superfine powder coating used for coating surface of metal plate to obtain modified graphene sheet/fluorocarbon coated metal plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The superfine powder coating has good fluidity. The solvent and water in the preparation of coating can be circularly recycled via distillation and condensation, thus, realizing zero emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of superfine powder coating comprising dissolving, high speed dispersing or sand mill grinding the raw materials under liquid state, and granulating by spraying method comprising adjusting the spray air flow nozzle pore size, spraying the dispersed raw materials into water, filtering and hot air drying; and (2) modified graphene sheet/fluorocarbon coated metal plate comprising metal plate having surface coated with superfine powder coating of fluorocarbon coating at a thickness of 20-35 mu m.
