NOVELTY - Castor oil polyurethane material comprises graphene oxide modified fiber, 30-33 pts. wt. castor oil polyol, 70 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 2.5 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.08 pts. wt. first catalyst, 1 pts. wt. second catalyst, 2.5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 0.6 pts. wt. organic silicon oil, 1 pts. wt. oxidized graphene modified wheat straw fiber and 40 pts. wt. isocyanate methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). USE - Castor oil polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The castor oil polyurethane is simple, energy-saving and eco-friendly, and provides polyurethane porous material with improved sound absorption performance and mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing castor oil polyurethane material containing graphene oxide modified fiber, which involves: a. mixing castor oil polyol, polyether polyol, deionized water, first catalyst, second catalyst, triethanolamine, organic silicon oil and oxidized modified graphene straw fiber, stirring and keeping to obtain first mixture; b. adding isocyanate MDI into first mixture, stirring to obtain second mixture; c. pouring second mixture into mold, performing free foaming; and d. solidifying material after foaming, removing surface skin, and obtaining castor oil polyurethane material containing oxidized graphene modified fiber.
