NOVELTY - A waterproof connection layer (2) comprises ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer loaded with ceramic particles and/or carbon nanotubes; or polydimethylsiloxane layer loaded with ceramic particles and/or carbon nanotubes; or glass layer; and/or plastic layer. The waterproof connection layer side is provided with hydrophilic layer. USE - The waterproof connection layer for solar hydropower cogeneration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The waterproof connecting layer is applied to the solar water and electricity cogeneration device, so that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the top solar battery is further improved. The special device containing the waterproof connecting layer can be applied to the industrial photovoltaic power station, improving the power output of the photovoltaic power station, and generating pure water, also can be used as a portable device for outdoor survival device, providing electricity and water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the: (1) preparation of waterproof connection layer comprising when waterproof connection layer is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer loaded with three-dimensional carbon nanotubes, the preparation method comprises adhering three-dimensional carbon nanotube film on the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, performing vacuum pressure heating at 100-200 degrees C under 1x 104-10x 104 Pa, and performing surface hydrophilic treatment with plasma to obtain hydrophilic layer; or when waterproof connection layer is quartz glass layer, and the preparation method comprises hydrophilically treating quartz glass layer surface with alkaline solution to obtain a hydrophilic layer; and (2) device for the waterproof connection layer of solar hydropower cogeneration comprising solar photovoltaic device, waterproof connection layer and water purification device including hydrophilic material layer and water collection device.
