▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves carrying out reduction reaction of fluorinated graphite and hydrazine hydrate in a liquid reaction system under heating conditions. USE - Preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with high yield by liquid phase chemical reaction. The two-dimensional crystal structure of graphene compounds are restored to maximum extent, thus retaining excellent electrical properties of graphene. The electrical conductivity of obtained graphene is 2670 S/m, which is much higher than that of the graphene obtained by chemical oxidation-reduction method.
