USE - Method for preparing graphene from graphite rods of waste batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environment-friendly and has high product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene is prepared from graphite rods of waste batteries by crushing graphite rods, screening, washing with 20-50 mol/L solvent to remove impurities, discarding supernatant via centrifuging to obtain graphite powder, standing, cooling mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid at less than or equal to 4 degrees C, adding graphite powder and potassium permanganate, stirring under heat-energized state for greater than or equal to 2 hours with voltage of 36-220 V and magnetic field intensity of 0.1-0.25 T, adding distilled water, stirring, adding deionized water, reacting, adding hydrogen peroxide, reacting, adding solution of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, filtering, washing to remove excess acid and by-products, neutralizing, dispersing solution in water tank with magnetic field, ultrasonically stripping, centrifuging, lyophilizing under vacuum pressure to obtain graphene oxide, adding hydrazine hydrate, heating, reacting under vacuum pressure, cooling, centrifuging, washing, and lyophilizing under vacuum pressure.
