▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing and transferring clean two-dimensional atomic crystals comprises (a) using adhesive tape (10) to peel off two-dimensional material block, attaching first substrate (30) on adhesive tape, compressing, (b) peeling off first substrate from adhesive tape to obtain first substrate with two-dimensional crystal (20) attached, (c) using the two-dimensional crystal as target crystal (21), (d) covering polydimethylsiloxane on the target crystal, heating and obtaining a stacking unit, (e) soaking the stacking unit in a first solution (strong acid or strong alkali solution), etching silicon dioxide layer (31) in the first substrate, separating target crystal, and the combined structure formed by the target crystal and PDMS floats in the first solution, cleaning and drying, fixing the combined structure on a glass slide, operating micro-motion table to move vertically upward, separating PDMS and the target crystal, and transferring the target crystal to the transfer target. USE - Method for preparing and transferring clean two-dimensional atomic crystals ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare and transfer clean two-dimensional atomic crystal that has high cleanliness, and improves the success rate and efficiency of locating and transferring, and has strong operability, and ensures efficient preparation of the satisfy-dimensional structure material, and ensuring the material after transferring. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of method for preparing and transferring clean two-dimensional atomic crystals. 10Adhesive tape 20Two-dimensional crystal 21Target crystal 30First substrate 31Silicon dioxide layer 32Silicon layer 40Optical microscope 60First solution
