NOVELTY - A silicon negative electrode material comprises silicon-based material and graphene coated silicon-based negative electrode material. The silicon-based material comprises nano-silicon particle and reduced graphene oxide. The particle size of graphene is grater than that of the silicon-based material. USE - Silicon negative electrode material used in battery or automobile application (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide can improve the mechanical performance of the silicon-based negative electrode material, and can fill the defect of reduced graphene oxide to improve the conductivity of silicon-based negative electrode material.
