NOVELTY - Fluorosilicone rubber composition with high tear resistance, comprises 65-75 pts. wt. modified fluorosilicone rubber, 25-35 pts. wt. modified filler, 20-40 pts. wt. white carbon black, 10-20 pts. wt. interface modifier, and 2-6 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. The modified fluorosilicone rubber compound is obtained by adding 30-40 pts. wt. fluorosilicone rubber material into the magnetic stirrer, Then add 70-100 pts. wt. acetone, and then add 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, stirring and heating to 80-100 degrees C at a stirring speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, adding 25-35 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH560, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 5-10 pts. wt. soybean oil in oil bath and reducing the stirring speed to 100-200 revolutions/minute for 1-5 hours to obtain the modified fluorosilicone rubber material. USE - Used as fluorosilicone rubber composition with high tear resistance. ADVANTAGE - The composition has good flexibility, and tearing strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber composition, comprising (i) adding the modified fluorosilicone rubber material, modified filler, white carbon black and interface modifier into the high-speed mixer sequentially and stirring at 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, feeding the mixture into a double-roller open mill with a roller pitch of 2-4 mm, and tumbling the roller to obtain mixture A, (ii) feeding the mixture A together with vulcanizing agent and vulcanization accelerator into a double-roller open mill, tapping and tumbling uniformly at a roller temperature of 42-48 degrees C, mixing for 30-40 minutes to obtain mixture B, and (iii) using the two-stage vulcanization method to vulcanize the mixture B, where the first-stage vulcanization conditions is performed at a pressure of 8-12MPa and temperature of 145-150 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, and second-stage vulcanization at a temperature of 160-170 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, and obtaining the rubber composition.
