▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The gas sensor has amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) light source (1), fiber optic circulator (2), gas sensor head (3), and spectrometer (4). The gas sensor head contains a single-mode fiber, a multimode single-ball micro-nano fiber, a sheet-shaped zinc oxide-graphene sensitive material, second single-mode optical fiber, and metal aluminum film. The multimode single-ball micro-nano fiber is used as the main gas sensitive area. One end of the second single-mode optical fiber is fused with the multimode single-ball micro-nano fiber, and the other end is coated with a metal aluminum film. The ASE light source is connected to the fiber circulator through a single-mode fiber. The optical fiber circulator is connected to the gas sensor head through a single-mode optical fiber. The fiber circulator is connected to the spectrometer through a single-mode fiber. USE - Flaky Zinc oxide-graphene single-ball micro-nano structure gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensitive material and the interference type optical fiber structure are combined to enable the optical fiber gas sensor to successfully achieve the superior performance of high sensitivity, strong stability and low cost.
