NOVELTY - A graphene sheet formation surface (5) containing carbon of same crystal structure as crystal structure of carbon contained in graphene sheet (6) is positioned on preset position of work substrate (1). Roundness of graphene sheet is prevented by performing carbon nanotube prevention processing to graphene sheet formation surface. Components other than carbon contained in surface are removed by heating the surface in vacuum or predetermined gas atmosphere. Heating time and temperature are controlled, and graphene sheets are formed on graphene sheet formation surface. USE - Manufacture of graphene sheet used for display and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet having large area is easily manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene sheet formation surface containing carbon of same crystal structure as crystal structure of carbon contained in graphene sheet is positioned on predetermined position of heat resistant work substrate with dimension according to area of to-be-formed graphene sheet. The roundness of graphene sheet is prevented by performing carbon nanotube prevention processing to graphene sheet formation surface. The components other than carbon contained in graphene sheet formation surface are removed by heating the surface in vacuum or predetermined gas atmosphere. The heating time and temperature are controlled, and more graphene sheets are formed on graphene sheet formation surface.
