▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing crystallinity carbon fiber 1 comprises (i) adding two-dimensional sheet crystals to one-dimensional linear polymer solution, mixing uniformly, performing wet spinning, heating the composite precursor obtained by spinning to more than 2000degrees Celsius and high temperature treatment for 0.5-3 hours to obtain carbon fiber large crystal area and high crystallinity, (ii) where the sheet crystals are graphene oxide sheets, the size is more than 30 microns, and the carbon-oxygen ratio is greater than -0.5, (iii) where one of the carbon is capable of being a polymer, the carbon residue rate is over 20% and the aromatic index is over 0.8, and (iv) the ratio of carbon content of the sheet crystal seed to the carbon of the polymer is 3 mg/g-30. USE - The graphene material fiber is useful in light high strength structure material field. ADVANTAGE - The method uses cheap and easily obtained one-dimensional linear polymer obtain large crystal area of high crystallinity carbon fiber, which has high heat conductivity. The method has low cost, high crystalline and high performance, which can be applied to light high strength structure material field.
