NOVELTY - Preparing aerogel with double-orientation network comprises (i) mixing filler, polymer binder and water according to the mass ratio of 1:0.01-0.05:3-50 to obtain the filler mixture; (ii) placing the double-orientation molding device into a low-temperature refrigeration medium in advance, adding the filler mixture into the double-orientation molding device, performing freezing treatment to form a frozen mixture, and then performing freeze-drying treatment to obtain an aerogel precursor; and (iii) performing sintering heat treatment on the aerogel precursor to obtain an aerogel; where the double-orientation forming device is a container composed of a metal cylindrical ring and a gasket located at the bottom of the metal cylindrical ring. USE - The method is useful for preparing aerogel with double-orientation network, which is useful as a thermally conductive composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation, relatively mild reaction conditions, prepares high yield aerogel with double-orientation network, has controllable anisotropic coefficient of the aerogel. The aerogel has a wide range of applicable materials, distinct double-orientation characteristics, and has good application prospects in many fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an aerogel with double-oriented network; and a system for preparing an aerogel of double-oriented network comprising a double-oriented molding device, the double-oriented molding device being a container composed of a metal cylindrical ring and a gasket located at the bottom of the metal cylindrical ring, preferably , the metal in the metal cylindrical ring is any metal substance that does not chemically react with water at room temperature, preferably, the length ratio of the outer diameter to the height of the metal cylindrical ring is 0.25-4:1, preferably the height of the metal cylindrical ring is 1-5 cm, the wall thickness of the metal cylindrical ring is 50-500 μ m, the gasket is prepared by curing a polymer substrate, and the polymer substrate is epoxy resin, polyurethane, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester, amino resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene or polysiloxane, more preferably, the diameter of the polymer circular gasket is equal to the inner diameter of the metal cylindrical ring, and the length ratio of the thickness of the polymer circular gasket to the height of the metal cylindrical ring is 0.01-0.5:1.
