NOVELTY - A device for preparing straticulate graphene or hybrid body of straticulate graphene and thin-wall carbon nanotube comprises down-flow bed (1) and lift leg (2). A down-flow bed gas-solid mixture inlet (11) is furnished at upper part of down-flow bed. Down-flow bed gas-solid mixture outlet (12) is arranged at under part of down-flow bed. Lift leg gas-solid mixture outlet (23) is arranged at upper part of lift leg. Medial wall of lift leg is construction unit area. A cone-shaped structure is furnished at bottom of lift leg. Lift leg gas inlet is multiple symmetrical nozzles. USE - Device for preparing straticulate graphene or hybrid body of straticulate graphene and thin-wall carbon nanotube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has simple structure and low cost of equipment. The method has low pollution to environment. The prepared product has high production quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device for preparing straticulate graphene or hybrid body of straticulate graphene and thin-wall carbon nanotube comprises down-flow bed (1) and lift leg (2). A down-flow bed gas-solid mixture inlet (11) is furnished at upper part of down-flow bed. Down-flow bed gas-solid mixture outlet (12) is arranged at under part of down-flow bed. Lift leg gas-solid mixture outlet (23) is arranged at upper part of lift leg. Medial wall of lift leg is construction unit area. A cone-shaped structure is furnished at bottom of lift leg. Lift leg gas inlet is multiple symmetrical nozzles which are along bottom area of lift leg except for area occupied by cone-shaped structure. Heating system is warped around lift leg and down-flow bed for heating. Down-flow bed mixture outlet is adjacent to upper end of cone-shaped structure in the life leg.
