▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Resource utilizing of waste salt in preparing graphene oxide comprises (i) using water for dissolving the waste salt generated during the graphite oxide production process to obtain salt-containing solution, (ii) adding ammonium bicarbonate to the salt-containing solution obtained in the step (i) for neutralizing and settling the sulfuric acid in the salt-containing solution, and detecting the end point of the sedimentation reaction by ammonium bicarbonate, (iii) performing solid-liquid separation of the materials after the reaction in step (ii) to obtain solid phase and liquid phase respectively, washing and drying the solid phase with water to obtain industrial grade manganese carbonate, obtaining washing liquid by washing the solid phase with water is used as the raw material for dissolving the reuse water, collecting the filtrate obtained in the solid-liquid separation step, neutralizing the excess ammonium bicarbonate with sulfuric acid, and then evaporating by an evaporator. USE - The method is useful for resource utilizing of waste salt in preparing graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes the full resources of hazardous waste to produce industrial-grade manganese carbonate, agricultural-grade ammonium sulfate and potassium sulfate; recycles water; has simple treatment process; and has convenient operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Resource utilizing of waste salt in preparing graphene oxide comprises (i) using water for dissolving the waste salt generated during the graphite oxide production process to obtain salt-containing solution, (ii) adding ammonium bicarbonate to the salt-containing solution obtained in the step (i) for neutralizing and settle the sulfuric acid in the salt-containing solution, and detecting the end point of the sedimentation reaction by ammonium bicarbonate, (iii) performing solid-liquid separation of the materials after the reaction in step (ii) to obtain solid phase and liquid phase respectively, washing and drying the solid phase with water to obtain industrial grade manganese carbonate, obtaining washing liquid by washing the solid phase with water is used as the raw material for dissolving the reuse water, collecting the filtrate obtained in the solid-liquid separation step, neutralizing the excess ammonium bicarbonate with sulfuric acid, and then evaporating by an evaporator to obtain mixture of agricultural grade ammonium sulfate and potassium sulfate, and using condensate obtained in the evaporation step for washing the manganese carbonate product.
