NOVELTY - Antibacterial and wear-resistant fabric comprises 18-22 pts. wt. pearl fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. soybean protein fiber, 20-25 pts. wt. modal fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. coconut carbon fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. polyester fiber, and 14-18 pts. wt. composite treatment agent. USE - Antibacterial and wear-resistant fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent antibacterial, abrasion resistance, wrinkle resistance, moisture conductivity and air permeability properties, and has high production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the fabric involving (a) mixing the pearl fiber, soybean protein fiber, modal fiber, coconut carbon fiber, polyester fiber, and composite treatment agent together, adding 45-50% of the total mass of deionized water, stirring and treating the fiber for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed fiber, (b) blowing the obtained mixed fiber, opening, drawing, roving, and spinning into a mixed yarn sliver, (c) carrying out spinning treatment on the mixed yarn sliver to obtain a blank, and (d) adding the blank into a baking oven for baking treatment and taking out after 35-45 minutes.
