▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene in-situ modified polyimide film is prepared by polycondensation of graphene grafted with aminosiloxane on the surface, diamine and dianhydride and forming into a film. The amount of graphene is 1-10 wt.%. USE - Graphene in-situ modified polyimide film. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide film has maintained polyimide intrinsic insulating performance and high heat transfer characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the polyimide film comprising condensing and reducing graphene oxide and aminopropyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane to obtain graphene grafted with aminosiloxane on the surface; polycondensing graphene grafted with aminosiloxane on the surface with diamine and dianhydride to obtain polyamic acid-graphene composite resin; and forming into a film and thermally imidizing.
