▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Infrared ceramic material with high emissivity comprises zirconium oxide and graphene, where the zirconium oxide is nano spherical particles, the graphene is coated around the zirconium oxide particles, the ratio of the graphene in the infrared ceramic material is 1.353- 2.455 wt.% than or equal to 10 %. The infrared emitting rate of the infrared ceramic material at 25 ℃ is not lower than 0.85 and the infrared emitting rate at 600℃ is not lower than 0.55. USE - Infrared ceramic material in preparing infrared device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-emissivity infrared ceramic material has high infrared emission rate in the full infrared band, and can accurately simulate the natural moxibustion emission spectrum characteristic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing infrared ceramic material with high emissivity, which involves: 1. mixing the nanometer zirconia and magnesium powder uniformly to obtain mixed powder, under the carbon dioxide atmosphere igniting the mixed powder; 2. carrying out combustion synthesis reaction to obtain the crude product cooling to room temperature, washing by acid, water washing, drying, sintering to obtain the high emissivity infrared ceramic material.
