▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating high-molecular polymer material on a substrate by performing in-situ polymerization operation. Graphene material is mixed with graphite alkene polymer material. A thin film is covered on the graphene material. Laser cutting/punching process is performed in a loudspeaker vibrating diaphragm. Graphene oxidising/fluorinizing process is performed. The high-molecular polymer material is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), PEEK (RTM: Colorless organic polymer thermoplastic), polyethylenimine (PEI) or polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) polymers. USE - Loudspeaker vibrating diaphragm manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables obtaining tough characters and improving shock resistance and wear resistance efficiency and light quality.
