NOVELTY - Carrying out prelithiation in negative electrode of a lithium ion battery involves adding inert lithium powder to a non-polar solution, and then shaking and stirring at room temperature to form a stable suspension. The negative electrode active material and conductive agent are stirred at low speed, and a small amount of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone solvent is added. The low-speed stirring and kneading process of the suspension is carried out. The conductive suspension is added to the solution, and stirred at low speed. The N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone glue solution of polyvinylidene fluoride is added and stirred at high speed, and the viscosity is adjusted to make a negative electrode slurry. The negative electrode slurry is used to coat to make pole rolls. The pole rolls are rolled according to the conventional process, lamination, welding, packaging, liquid injection, and finally chemical composition.
