▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing 3, 4-methylcyclohexylamine, involves introducing hydrogen, mixing 3, 4-dimethylaniline, ethylene glycol and a ruthenium alloy catalyst to form a mixture, reacting for 4-10 hours at 140-170℃ and under the pressure of 1.9-2.2 MPa, and stopping the reaction. When the concentration of the 3, 4-dimethylaniline in the mixture is lower than 1 wt.%, cooled to 30-50 ℃, and performed suction filtration and distillation to obtain the 3, 4-methylcyclohexylamine. USE - Method for preparing 3, 4-methylcyclohexylamine. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is efficient and simple, has lower reaction temperature and high product yield, and is suitable for large-scale production.
