▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based laminate (1) comprises a substrate (2), a graphene layer (3) comprising graphene and arranged on at least one surface of the substrate and a metal oxide layer (4) arranged on at least one surface of the graphene layer, where the metal oxide layer comprises a metal oxide having a greater work function than that of graphene and the metal oxide layer comprises the metal oxide in an amount of 1 mu g to 1 mg per unit area of 1 cm2 graphene layer. USE - The laminate is useful in a transparent electrode used for an electronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laminate has decreased sheet resistance value, and maintains an increased sheet resistance reduction ratio and the preparation method ensures mass production regardless of sizes of samples and improves wetting properties of solutions and economic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the laminate involving (i) preparing a metal oxide solution by adding the metal oxide to a mixture of an alcohol solvent and an oxidant and stirring the mixture and (ii) coating the metal oxide solution on at least one surface of the graphene layer to form the metal oxide layer on it and obtaining the laminate.
