▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fine carbon fibre is formed by laminating multiple layers of rectangular graphene sheets. The graphene sheet having weak bonding using Van der Waals force for forming graphite structure is rolled using the shorter sides as peripheral to from a hollow tube, and multiple tubes are laminated to from nest shapes. USE - For the preparation of fine carbon fibres. ADVANTAGE - The fibre has different properties between layers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Fine carbon fibre is formed by laminating multiple layers of rectangular graphene sheets having a longer side of 100 nm or longer, each long side having the same length and the shorter sides having different length, each carbon atom at neighboring layer coordinating with one another such that there is no crystallinity at C0 direction. The graphene sheet having weak bonding using Van der Waals force for forming graphite structure is rolled using the shorter sides as peripheral to from a hollow tube, and multiple tubes are laminated to from nest shapes. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) preparation of the fibres by CVD method under 2x 105 Pa or lower using transition metal or compound thereof fibre particles as catalysts and organic compound containing Gp VI elements as raw material; (2) a similar preparation by arc discharge between carbon electrodes; and (3) a similar preparation by gasification of carbon and Gp VIII transition metal mixture. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing illustrates the preparation. The drawing contains non-English text.
